Submit a Rental Application

Interested in renting one of the available properties? Submit your application either online or printed and filled out on paper.  For more information on the application process view our Application Checklist.

Option #1: Apply Online

Once you launch the online application you will have 45 minutes to complete the information. We cannot process your application until this online form has been completed and the application fee is paid. 

There are two different online portals depending on the location of your property of interest.

  1. For properties within the city limits of Seattle, launch the Seattle only online application.
  2. For all other properties, launch the general online application.

Option #2: Paper Application

You can fill out and hand deliver or mail this paper application to our leasing office. (Download PDF) The application fee is due when you hand in the application.

What to Expect

After submitting your application, here is what you can expect:

Application Reviewed

It typically takes 3-7 business days for our team to review your application, though sometimes this is faster. It depends on how quickly our agent is able to reach your previous landlords and how promptly we receive your financial documents with the application.

Status Confirmation

Once we have reviewed your application, we will contact you most often by phone to communicate the status of your application and any next steps.

Tenant Portal Access

Once you are a new tenant, you will automatically be emailed an invitation to set up an online portal account. If for some reason that email does not work, you can call the office and any of our agents can resend a link to set it up via email or text.

Within the tenant portal you are able to request maintenance, view your lease, schedule a payment, set up auto-pay, view your tenant ledger, etc.

Never miss a payment – set up autopay within your tenant portal.

  1. Login and go to the Home tab
  2. Click Set Up Autopay
  3. Enter your eCheck or Credit Card information
