We love living here. Powell fosters a neighborly feeling, keeping everything kept up and working, and having outdoor places for neighbors to meet. We have the privacy of our own "home" while having wonderful connections every time we walk out our door. It says a lot when you look forward to seeing your neighbors. On a very personal note, when a family emergency came up we were able to have rent payments automatically made from our bank and receive texts for any updates, while there were days we didn't open email. I rented a house from Powell for 8 years. While the house was older and came with it's own issues, they we're always super reasonable and fair with rent increases. Move out was an easy process. Sandra was always kind and responsive! As far as property managers go, they're great!
I have no issues with this property management whatsoever. The staff was very polite; maintenance was always efficient, and I never had any pest problems or issues with my neighbors or the complex. I had to move after 3 years but I will be back with them.
