Growing up in a family with a many-decade history of building, development, marketing, business and institutional management, and meeting the needs of others, one could easily say that Heidi was "born" to the business. An honors graduate in Business Administration, she also is a licensed Realtor® and a credentialed Commercial Property Manager (CPM-IREM.)

Her practical hands-on experience has spanned positions in sales and consulting with AT&T Information Systems, corporate real estate marketing, independent consulting, and successive assignments as Marketing Director, Senior Operations Director and Vice President of Powell Property Management. In her current role she manages and oversees the Powell family real estate asset portfolio and provides third party fee-management services to other clients.

Heidi's background, ranging widely from accounting and financial services to human resources, PR, leasing and more, makes it easy for her to identify with and respond fully to the needs of Powell’s property management clients and residents.
